WHO CAN VOTE?
To vote in the municipal elections, you must be at least 18 years old on election day (13 April 2025).
EITHER:
a) Be a citizen of Finland, an EU country, Iceland or Norway, and live in the municipality by 21 February 2025.
OR
b) Be a citizen of another country, live in the municipality by 21 February 2025, and have lived in Finland continuously for at least 2 years by that date.
